Our search for managed IT services stemmed from circumstances in which we needed to upgrade and get with the times at our head office. Eric Black examined our network and came back with a detailed structure on how to develop a long term collaborative plan of action for our specific needs at head office. From updating our equipment, wiring, software, firewalls, internet, setting up emails and training individuals etc. He took the time to speak with our staff and configure each PC to their specific needs.
